GIFTS:  We specialize in the highest quality merchandise and think presentation counts for a lot.  Since many of our customers are buying gifts for other people, we do not include an invoice in the package.  Your e-mail generated receipt serves as your receipt.  If you require something additional, please let us know in Special Instructions. 

Gift Wrapping:  All items are shipped wrapped presentation-ready, meaning you'd be proud to have our beautiful box arrive at a friend or relative's house.  If your order is over $75, we wrap your gift in a "basket" for no additional fee, but our "standard" wrapping is definitely intended for gift recipients as well.  (See "Gift Bundles By Price" for examples of the "basket").  We also include a typeset card with your message at no extra charge - just let us know what you'd like it to say in "Special Instructions" at check-out.

Gift on it's Way Card:  If you've ordered something that will take some time to create (ie. Certain Monogrammed or Hand-made merchandise), we would be happy to send a "gift on it's way" card to your gift recipient.  Just let us know in Special Instructions at check-out.

SHIPPING:   We ship anywhere in the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail.  Generally packages will arrive 1-3 days after they are shipped.  In stock items are generally shipped within 48 hours.  For personalized items, please allow additional time for delivery.  Specifics are included in the item descriptions.  We charge based on weight and based on where the items are going to.  We don't believe shipping should cost more if you spend more.  All items are shipped from the East Coast.

PAYMENT:  We are happy to accept payments via Credit Card, PayPal, or Check.  If you'd like to open a PayPal account, please click here.

EXCHANGES:   We all receive gifts that someone else thought were cute but they just don't work for us.  We get that.  So, we are happy to exchange items purchased from us within 30 days of purchase.  However, prior authorization is needed before returning an item to us. 

All personalized items and some special order items are not exchangeable.  You will obviously know if something is personalized, and we will let you know if an item is a special order in the product description page.

If you have received a gift and would like to return it for a credit or exchange it for something else, please e-mail us at:  Orders@polkatotsllc.com.  We will issue you a return ID number and address to return it to.  Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail.  Please indicate the item(s) you would like in exchange, or, if you prefer a credit.
